Membership Terms
You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen years of age and that you have the legal rights and capacity to enter into the terms of this Agreement. Register on the Medebound™ service in your own name, use the Medebound™ service and terms of use, and abide by the obligations under this agreement. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities conducted under your Medebound account. Cost
Consumers agree to pay membership fees or consultation fees, according to the fee schedule on Medebound's website. All fees are paid on the Medebound 美聯(lián)醫(yī)康邦™ portal prior to use of a particular service. Consumers agree to provide the most current, complete and accurate personal and disease information; and to maintain and update such information. Medebound ™ reserves the right to modify its pricing structure at any time. The consumer understands and agrees that we will charge the full consultation fee if the cancellation of the consultation service is notified less than 48 hours before the deadline for issuing the report.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
